X-Fab licensing process tech to Brazil for first 150mm fab
December 12, 2007 - Teutonic chipmaker X-Fab Silicon Foundries has united to authorise its 0.6-micron impact profession (”XC06″) to Brazil’s CEITEC (Excellence Center for Advanced Electronic Technology), for ingest in CMOS conductor manufacturing in the country’s 150mm image frontend wafer fab, slated to unstoppered in 3Q08.
