US court: TSMC owes $30M to UniRAM
September 26, 2007 - A US District Court in Northern Calif. has ruled that TSMC did in fact expend change secrets concerning embedded DRAM allegedly mutual with it by UniRAM Technology, and sequential the island manufactory colossus to clear $30.5 million.
