UMC, Melexis deliver 0.18-micron auto chips
July 5, 2007 - UMC and European concern Melexis feature they are transport ICs using 0.18-micron processes with embedded winkle module (eFlash impact and eFlash macro) to auto-module producers for assembly, targeting applications much as moving sensors.
