Tower ramps output of ViTi’s 0.35-micron CMOS image sensors
October 18, 2007 - Asiatic manufactory Tower Semiconductor goldenwords says it has begun intensity manufacturing of ikon device products for Taiwan’s Vision Integration Technology Inc. (ViTi), with production of the bag section and closed-circuit TV sensors existence finished at its Fab 1 manufacturing place using 0.35-micron processes.
