TI, Ramtron join forces on FRAM technology in 130nm process
March 12, 2007 - Texas Instruments and Ramtron International Corp. hit entered into a advertizement manufacturing commendation for ferroelectric haphazard admittance module (FRAM) products. The commendation provides for the creation of Ramtron’s FRAM module products on TI’s modern 130nm FRAM manufacturing process, including Ramtron’s 4Mb FRAM memory.
