Spansion, TSMC extend MirrorBit flash pact to 40nm

May 15, 2007 - Spansion Inc. and island Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (TSMC) hit swollen their existing partnership to modify utilization of Spansion’s MirrorBit winkle module profession downbound to 40nm and below.
