Seiko Epson develops bendable SRAM device
October 4, 2005 - Seiko Epson Corp. has prefabricated what it claims is the world’s prototypal flexible SRAM (static haphazard admittance memory) device, using low-temperature polysilicon TFTs (thin flick transistors), according to the Nikkei arts News.
