Samsung develops DRAM stack with TSVs
April 23, 2007 - Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., has matured an all-DRAM stacked-memory collection using through-silicon vias (TSVs) housed in metal pads to refrain action slow-downs caused by the redistribution layer.
