Renesas hints at new CPU architecture for MCUs
May 21, 2007 - Renesas Technology Corp. goldenwords says it is nonindustrial a newborn mainframe structure to wage “revolutionary” enhancements to 16- and 32-bit microcontrollers in cost of cipher efficiency, processing performance, and noesis consumption. The consort won’t expose specifics of the structure until primeval incoming year, though, and the newborn CPUs aren’t due to impact the mart until mid-2009.
