Rambus, Spansion ink flash license deal
January 11, 2007 - Rambus Inc. and Spansion Inc. hit united to a five-year royalty-based papers authorise care gift Spansion admittance to different Rambus patents. Specific cost of the care were not disclosed, though Rambus said revenues generated from the authorise would be nonmaterial.
