Novellus launches new PECVD system, new PVD source at SEMICON West
July 18, 2007 - Novellus Systems Inc. has launched the VECTOR Extreme ECF enhanced chemical suspension accumulation (PECVD) grouping and the INOVA NExT with HCM IONX ionizing fleshly suspension accumulation (PVD) maker at SEMICON West.
