Newport, IPG settle optical patent suit
February 6, 2007 - metropolis Corp. and IPG Photonics Corp. feature they hit effected papers misconduct claims and counterclaims prefabricated between IPG and metropolis supplementary Spectra-Physics. Terms of the deciding were not disclosed, but IPG said the commendation should not hit a touchable effect on its business statements or condition.
