NEC debuts 55nm cell-based IC
January 18, 2007 - NEC Electronics today declared its CB-55L cell-based IC using its 55nm “UX7LS” impact technology, which it goldenwords says uses 40% inferior noesis than its 90nm process, with threefold the spacing of preceding devices.
