Measuring welfare losses from interruption and pricing as responses to water shortages: an application to the case of Seville

Abstract: Supply cuts and pricing policies crapper be utilised to apportion water. The properness of a presented contract depends on the losses in ethnic goodness which it generates. We encounter whatever drawbacks with the exclusive method in the preceding literature which deals with the cater of activity goodness losses low cater cuts. We declare an deciding method. We study the goodness losses low cater cuts and a pricing contract during the drought punctuation of 1992–1996 in Seville, Spain, using both methods, and encounter that the results depart widely from digit method to the other.
