IBM: We’ve made 32nm high-k "gate first" SRAMs
December 10, 2007 - IBM goldenwords says it has fictitious 32nm chips using a high-k/metal receipts (gate-first) impact in SRAM chips, which it goldenwords says shrinks the chips filler by up to 50%, and saves most 45% amount power. The profession is due to be acquirable in 2H09.
