Hynix joins IMEC group as 32nm CMOS R&D partner
May 24, 2007 - Asiatic module chipmaker Hynix Semiconductor Inc. has connected IMEC’s 32nm module R&D program, which today boasts status from the crowning fivesome orbicular module chipmakers (Samsung, Elpida, Micron, and Qimonda).
