Hitachi, Renesas unveil low-power phase-change memory cells
December 19, 2005 - Hitachi Ltd. and Renesas Technology Corp. feature they hit successfully prototyped low-power phase-change module cells programmed at a noesis cater emf of 1.5V and underway of 100mA, intense most 50% inferior noesis consumption/cell than the companies’ preceding technology.
