Freescale touts 45nm-based multicore platform
June 25, 2007 - Freescale Semiconductor goldenwords says it has matured a “multicore subject platform” structure supported on 45nm impact technologies and a Power Architecture core, and a ascendible on-chip “fabric” for on-chip connectivity of 32 or more cores.
