Abstract: The original and evolutionary principles of Water Framework Directive (2000/60/EC) towards the “good” biology position of the liquid bodies, comprise a heavy supply for most of the member states in dweller Union. In particular, the dweller Water Supply and Sewerage companies which are in a field extent answerable for the environmental impacts in liquid bodies, debate for a rattling expensive and unadaptable goal-setting of the tacit for the action of the so titled “good” liquid calibre status. On the another hand, the environmental, ethnic and scheme benefits derivative from the acceptation of Water Framework Directive principles, are not understandably circumscribed because of the travail to delimitate and boost on ordered the binary biology functions occurring in liquid bodies. This essay attempts to integrally appraise finished an original economic-ecological approach, the candid and backhanded benefits of the biology transformation in liquid receiving bodies as angry by deference of the cityfied waste communication systems with the targets ordered by the Water Framework Directive.
